【番外編】留学日記 in San Diego Part 1

アメリカのサンディエゴにあるサンディエゴ州立大学(SDSU)に留学している太田一樹です！！
4週間滞在することになっているのですが、毎日の出来事を1週間ごとに英語と日本語に分けて書いていこうと思います。
まだまだ見せるに足りない英語力ですが是非是非読んでみて下さい！！
（これを読むとアメリカに対しての価値観も変わるかも？）
では先ず1週目から！

<English>
I arrived at San Diego !
It took 10 hours from Narita Airport to San Diego Airport.
The first impression of San Diego is pretty cool.
It may be related to Japan being too hot.
I met my host family for the first time and they're very good person.
I slept from evening on first day because of jet lag, but I want to enjoy more conversation with my host family.

This week, I was very tired because of going various places, but to be honest, it was awesome in terms of sightseeing!
I went to see the air craft, beach, and Los Angels this week.
Among them, what I was most impressed is seeing aircraft carrier.

And I went to beach. Unlike Japan, it was very vast.
San Diego is cooler than Japan, so it was too cold for me to swim in the sea. But the view of the beach was great.

I also went to Los Angels twice.
By the way, it takes 2 hours from San Diego to Los Angels by car.
First time, I went there to see famous soccer player. Do you know Ibrahimovic?
He is the one of the best player in the world.
But......I couldn't see him, because he didn't participate.
I'm very sorry, but watching soccer game overseas was a bit different.
Second time, I went there to go to Disneyland.

And last Sunday, I went to watch the baseball game.
Do you know the petco park? It is a famous stadium.
It is also the venue for the first WBC(World Baseball Classic).

The stadium was much bigger than Japanese one, so I felt very open.
There were many audiences and each of them was full of energy, so I had an unforgettable time!!

Of course, I study properly.
The class has not started yet, but it is fun to communicate with the people from many different country.

I was inspired by everything happened and enjoy something like this every day!!

サンディエゴに着きました！
成田空港からサンディエゴ空港まで10時間かかりました。
第1印象としてはとにかく涼しいって感じです。
多分日本が暑すぎるのと関係しているのでしょう。
そして、ホストファミリーと初めて会いました。とても良い人です。
時差ぼけのせいで初日は夕方から寝てしまいましたが、ホストファミリーとの時間を楽しみたいと思います。

今週は様々な場所に行ったのでとても疲れましたが、正直なところ観光をするという面では最高でした！
その中でも特に感動したのは空母を見に行ったことです。
なぜ一番感動したかって？とても大きいことは言うまでもなく、日本では見ることができないからです。

また、ビーチに行きました。日本とは違ってとても広大でした。
サンディエゴは日本よりも涼しいので寒くて海で泳ぐのはやめましたが、景色は最高でした。

ロサンゼルスにも行きました。しかも2回。
因みに、サンディエゴからロサンゼルスに行くには車で2時間かかります。
1回目は有名なサッカー選手を見に行きました。イブラヒモビッチを知っていますか？
彼は世界的な選手の1人です。
しかし、、、試合に出場せず見ることができませんでした。
とても残念でしたが、海外でのサッカー観戦は一味違いました。
2回目はディズニーランドに行ってきました。
滞在期間中に行きたいと思っていましたが、思ったよりも早くいけて良かったです。
東京ディズニーランドとは雰囲気が違ったので楽しかったです。
特にジェットコースターはアメリカならではの面白さがありました。

そして日曜日には野球を観に行きました。
ペトコパークを知っていますか？有名な球場です。
第1回WBC（ワールド・ベースボール・クラシック）が開催された場所でもあります。
日本の球場よりかなり大きかったのでとても開放感を感じました。
多くの観客がいて、1人1人活気に満ち溢れていたのでとてもいい経験ができました！！

もちろんちゃんと勉強もしています。
まだ授業は始まっていませんが、様々な国の人たちと交流することはとても楽しいです。

全てのことに感化されながら毎日をこんな感じで楽しんでます！！
