 Philippine has 2years less opportunity of education than Japanese. After graduated elementary school for 6years, they only have 4years to study.  and instead of research of OECD, Philippine is on the bottom for math and reading. it may be the factor of  their slow growth. But they are so fluently in English. because they use it frequency also in TV. So i think if they have more opportunity to use or study it, Philippines gets better than before. why i noticed is, i am half Japanese and half Philippines. i hope their growth.
